Don't you think they should burn NYC down? What kind of crime is selling loose cigarettes anyway? Does NY have the death penalty for depriving the state of a tiny bit of tax revenue? Personally, I'd fire the officers involved. But the politicians who make selling loose cigarettes a crime should be thrown out too.
