Micheal, You win on one point. Late news says we will be no ruling this week. Consquently we will have no ruling until after the court returns from holiday a week early that previously intended (week of the 5th of January). Steady KRYers. Take a deep breath and try to enjoy the holidays. Maybe Micky will make a few bucks in the next few days. Still, he's a looser in the long run. ValuePro

MARK OPINHEIMER LIQIUDATES ! PREDICTS $1 STOCK PRICE. In a previous posting to SI: After liquidating his holdings. Mark Openheimer predicted a $ 1 dollar share price in the likely event of a negitive ruling.

Hello Mikey; Two posts in order to twist and tweak the facts a bit????HUH Mikey!! Where in SI has MO predicted $1/sh,......judging by your posts sir it shows that you have a totally misguided.......or should I say restricted perception as to what has been occuring for KRY. Many of your posts I see are nothing more than one or two line piece of drivel.......trying to alarm people now are we......if you are the best that this short syndicate has to offer than you and your pals are going to burn big time......this ploy of yours is so amateaurish it isn't even funny. If you do plan to come and disturb people mikey try looking up the facts...........because after your last few it has shown to all that you are a sorry bag of wind.
