Why? You are the one knowledgeable on DRYS. He's not in any way, shape or form based on his posts. As ORIG goes, so goes DRYS. ORIG is a driller and its the drillers turn in the barrel. Even though ORIG has identified contracts to keep the wolf at the door for at least a year, the baby is again tossed out with the bathwater. A years a long time for oil to stage a rebound. Still it doesn't explain why you think the SDRL TRS has any bearing on DRYS or ORIG for that matter. Looks like a desperation move for cash imo.
