I hold a position now and would dearly love to add to it at these blue-light special rates :) But, until I know more of the "numbers", I'm inclined to sit and hold as you. I suspect, however, that pressure from the "outside" ie., large clients/prospective clients, will probably convince them (NETZ) to comply. That statement is truly MHO <g> Theo

SEC filing is a must. I believe that NETZ knows that their company will not be touched by any investor if they cannot disclose details of what, when and how they are doing. IMHO, SEC filing is not a big deal; they will have it if they want to. Everybody in this thread has done a very good job in learning about this company. We have eliminated the worst case scenario of NETZ being a scam, we found that NETZ has an impressive technological potential, and now we need to move on to a next step. Based on what they said in all the recent news, I think they are working on SEC filing. Again, we need to find out more about it as to when they have done or will do it and so on.
