I found the following comment interesting I feel exposed sometimes, when I realize that people who know me, are reading my posts. Especially, when I have revealed too much of myself, of my thoughts and feelings. Do you actually know people on this site who know you? Since coming here myself, I've really wished at times that some of my closest friends also hung out here. Seeings how they are all so far flung, I think it would be absolutely wonderful to be able to bs with them in just such a manner. And because they are friends, I needn't worry about what or how I say something because they know me and how I am or can be. Also, I miss them. I kind of tried at one time to make this point at another thread, but as per usual, it was completely misunderstood. I think though, that is one post I'll not provide a link to because in some ways it was the start of the end. :( Do you not find that this type of medium can be the perfect venue for asking some types of questions you might not otherwise ask to someone in 3D? Had to let my hair dry before I crash anyway. Besides, who wants to come to a thread and see the last post, last read, the day before. :-) To heck with weekends

Hi, Carol!!! Gee, I was afraid you'd stopped posting over here so much because you had been offended in some way, so I am relieved to find out that you are simply ADDICTED. Welcome!!! You are not alone!!! I don't have any words of wisdom, not even one. This is just the most wonderful place if it is an adjunct to a very rich and healthy real life, and I think most of us realize when we are crossing the line and getting too involved in the cyber fantasy, because some anxiety develops, even though we try to pretend it does not, or the REAL PEOPLE around us get very hurt and start telling us we have lost it, big time. It's really good to listen to those people, because they are still in reality!!!! Anyway, take care, and drop by whenever you feel good about doing it, okay? It's really better that way. Feeling guilty because you want to post is a huge drag, even though we might miss you!!!!!
