hi Shane, thanks for the response and recommendation. indeed, that article gives the source for the BNI transaction. i have messaged the author asking about the KO transaction but got no response.

you can find details on the BNI transaction by searching for "cusip no. 12189T104".

in the case of BNI the options were exercised and an acquisition was made. in the case of KO the articles mention that the options were NOT exercised. how then would it become known that such contracts were sold? what kind of document should i be looking for?
