9:54 on the east coast and just got off phone with broker - exciting news. here are the tidbits.
-pc-guru should be to wholesalers by the 18 and in stores by the end of December/first of January
-question about accounting methods - would we face the same problems like sycr. no because sycr products are utilities and pc guru is for information purposes so you don't have the same reserves for returns. translation mxmx will not have to postpone as much profits to next qtr
-no estimates will be given of preorders only sell throughs. this should come through to us in january. wholesale 22.50, retail 29.50 but probably endup retail at 25. 30-45% profit margin. but felt that it may outsell softram(1 million copies)
-said estimates for profits should be very close to csk research report we saw back in may "he even said report was on the low end"
-14 million shares out there, 10 million privately held, 450 shareholders now(that is up)
-broker feels that it should be thin trading for mxmx for the next couple of weeks. seems someone out there willing to buy anything below $1
-big brother is still on for march. the publisher and editor of 1984 are both working on the cd
-said they were okay with cash(one of my worries - great to have products but if you don't have the money to get it out.....)
-with big brother and pcguru out they will have 2 products on market in spring
-felt that recent nasdaq ruling to cut out non reporting companies would help mxmx
-and the biggie that never crossed my mind. shooting to have mxmx on nasdaq within 6-9 months.

well thats all i heard, any other information or validation would be appreciated. just seems he is afraid to release any shipping numbers so he would not get caught in an bad situtation but other stuff seemed positive
