If you think you know the real Eric Garner think again
............................................................................................
December 8, 2014 By Kevin Collins

Liberals always think they are the smartest people in every room. They and their puppet media believe cops are dumb Neanderthals just “itching to kill a ni**er.” Think again you smug fools; Cops are smarter than you think they are.

The material that follows comes from the police officers who had to deal with Eric Garner and knew what he was. It was supplied by police sources to the site Gotnews.com which is the only site interested in the truth.

What this material proves is that those who are beating their breast about the death of Eric Garner and insisting the cops should have been indicted ought to think before they speak.

“Street thug Eric Garner had at least eight domestic incident reports filed against him, including several for unwanted sexual touching.”

“One of them even involved throwing his newborn grandchild and his daughter out of his car,” NYPD sources told Gotnews.com.

“Under New York law, domestic incident reports are filed whenever the police are forced to respond to a domestic altercation. No charges may be filed by the victim, but police are still duty bound to report and catalog it.”

“In 2009 [Garner] was arrested for forcible touching of the genitals [of a victim].”

“Garner had another sexual touching incident report but our police source did not know what that charge was for.”

“Garner was also picked up for possession of narcotics with a ‘dangerous tag,’ an offense that means the drugs could be ‘oxy or meth.’ ”

“Garner also got busted for false impersonation, or giving a false name to the police [during his most recent arrest].”

“The rest of the incident reports concerned his involvement in local organized crime and the untaxed cigarette trade.”

“Garner was also picked up driving with a suspended license multiple times.”

There are other sealed arrests that you can’t see,” our police source told us. “Police were well acquainted with Garner in the neighborhood.”

“The video supports the notion that police knew Garner well. ‘Every time you see me, you want to harass me, you want to stop me, say I’m selling cigarettes,’ ” he said before being apprehended by Staten Island police.

Anyone who thinks this is the end of police leaks showing who Garner really was is wrong. New York City cops are smarter than the Left and that will be the unraveling of Al Sharpton’s latest circus act.

Soros Stooge Halperin Defends Feinstein CIA Report
............................................................................................
By Mark Finkelstein | December 10, 2014
newsbusters.org

Who were those guys on Morning Joe today—two Feinstein staffers? Nope, they were Mark Halperin and Jeremy Peters, making like Dem aides in defending the report on the CIA that Dem Senator Dianne Feinstein released yesterday.

Halperin, head of Bloomberg Politics, had the chutzpah to claim that the report was not "political." Peters of the New York Timesthen chimed in to say that in releasing the report, the Senate conducted itself in a "very sober" way.

Shall we count some of the ways the report was political—and sober as Miley Cyrus on New Year's Eve?

  • It was released just as Feinstein was about to be forced to hand over her committee-chair gavel after the Dems lost the majority last month.

  • It was released on the same day as Jon Gruber's testimony, thus assuring that coverage of "I'm with stupid" would be buried.

  • The drafters of the report failed to interview any of the CIA officers accused of misconduct.

  • CIA Director Michael Hayden, appearing earlier in the program, said Feinstein had been fully briefed on all the details in the report at least seven years ago.

  • Washington Post columnist David Ignatius, also appearing earlier, said that rather than being fair-minded, the report had a "prosecutorial" tone, always seeking the "worst construction" of the CIA's actions.

MARK HALPERIN: It's ironic that John you would you use the term cherry-picked to describe how the report was done, because the defense by him and others including General Hayden is also cherry picked. The report is flawed in some ways. The behavior of people at a time post-9/11, in human terms and national security terms, somewhat understandable. But they sacrificed America's values in order to try to deal with a crisis situation. I don't think it's political. Unfortunately in our climate it's become seen in some ways as political. But it's not. It's history that needs to be told.

BRZEZINSKI: And the argument as to whether or not it needs to be told now is a fair question. Having said that it is public record. Jeremy Peters, what are we hearing from both sides on Capitol Hill?

JEREMY PETERS: Mark hit on the key point here, which is this is about history, this is about how we will remember one of the ugliest and messiest episodes in American warfare. And so that has stirred up all of this passion from people who supported these techniques and people who don't. And I think what you've seen on Capitol Hill is congress exercising its oversight role in a very sober and heavy way.

GOP sinking on a ship of timidity, squandering historic win
.....................................................................................................................................................

The Washington Times ^
| Charles Hurt

Barely one month ago, the party sailed to victory in one of the biggest rout election waves of the past century. They ran the board and took control of the U.S. Senate. They grew to historic levels in the U.S. House. The Democratic Party was left in tatters in state, local and governor races across the country.

But today, just a few weeks later, before GOPers even take hold of their new reins of power, the party is crying poverty. They are stricken with paralysis. House Speaker John A. Boehner, known for his weeping, begs powerlessness.

“Frankly, we have limited options and limited abilities to deal with it directly,” Mr. Boehner said last week when asked about President Obama’s unconstitutional executive action to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens presently living illegally in the U.S.

“Limited options?” “Limited abilities?” We have an unbridled madman in the White House right now taking a machete to the U.S. Constitution and the leader of the opposition party that was just thrust to power in a historic rejection of the president and his cleptocratic policies is now talking about “limited” options and abilities?

Funny, I don’t recall a single Republican running in a single race this year on a campaign that Republicans in Congress have only “limited” options and abilities to stop Mr. Obama. No, in fact, every single one of them ran their entire campaigns on the singular promise that we have to vote for Republicans so they could stop Mr. Obama. And Americans voted.
