You don't have to be very smart to be involved in running a public TSX venture company. At least in the past 20 years.Going forward things will change. The days of sitting back collecting 250k salaries a year doing very little are gone.Retail and other shareholders are tired of pizzing away there money on dilution and front end salaries to get it all taken away .Going forward only the top percentile of companies are going to survive this round and Canada( BC in particular) every day is becoming third world status as far as developing its resources. One only needs to look at protests for any new pipeline development latest LNG deferals and US(Alaska) concerns over developments........DNT was a 3 buck stock about same time as CUU.....Its now 8 cents around 8 million market cap.It got caugfht up in same BS political NGO's stuff.....Same resource size 10 billion pounds of copper..I view the problems they have in Peru no different than CUU going forward.......At 50 million market cap for 25% it has a long way yet that market could move it down.Sorry to sound so grim.

My only contention is that Ernesto would have known that we were not going to deliver the BFS

Have no idea what his concerns would be about that fact, but he would definitely have known that was the plan

Why do you assume he has no idea of what is happening we are not at the negotiation table. We have no idea what is being discussed. All pure speculation and that's fine but we have to admit no one has a clue what is being discussed behind closed doors.

My opinion is they had to make Ernesto a board member as he had way more information than any normal shareholder. When the Black Christmas BFS came out, I doubt he was calling the office...
Kind of wonder what Elmer has in store for this year? Hard to top that one....
