You cannot prove anything you have stated its all speculation on your part and neither can I but you claim all this looks compelling after consolidation. I'm a bit confused,if I believed what you have stated in previous posts then man I'm nowhere near this thing let alone posting about what I feel about it. And if You believe nothing's going to happen in years from now.

However Consolidation or roll back would not change his position % Ernesto may have 1 vote on the board but if he was to bring the issue to shareholder vote at the AGM. He himself holds the majority. A roll back Could be very beneficial for him.
