You cannot prove anything you have stated its all speculation on your part and neither can I but you claim all this looks compelling after consolidation. I'm a bit confused,if I believed what you have stated in previous posts then man I'm nowhere near this thing let alone posting about what I feel about it. And if You believe nothing's going to happen in years from now.

Dilution via PP would be detrimental to his position if it was taken by some one else. However Consolidation or roll back would not change his position %
Ernesto may have 1 vote on the board but if he was to bring the issue to shareholder vote at the AGM. He himself holds the majority. A roll back Could be very beneficial for him.
