Anyone who did not like the AZ and CXM buys has had ample opportunity to sell and move on, but now it is the main business of the company.

===============================

You are right about the opportunity to sell, but I really have issue with investing in a company centered around SC (and still see SC as the only value), but essentially being chased off because of management's senseless drive to destroy the value of the ONLY reason we are here?

I don't think anyone is here for AZ or CXM. So why can management arbitrarily decide to spend and dilute to fund properties nobody wants? I understand that they can do it, but with respect to their responsibility to create/maintain shareholder value - everyone can see what they are trying to do is going to cost our investment a lot.

Why spend years of time and 90 million on SC, hold onto your shares for an eventual payday - only to dilute it's value exploring early development plays before the property can pay off?

Add to this the refusal of management to spell out their plans for the future.

It is very frustrating...
