No scam. The PP comes with warrants, this dog will need a full warrant. You buy shares and warrants, sell the shares down the road and carry the warrants for a risk-free upside.

Problem is that the PP may go fully to EE and/or insiders. Buying shares at the PP price or a little lower on the market is usually possible, sometimes really lower (20-40%). More risk because it uses real capital, but a good option.
