Obviously, BECAUSE of Obamacare.

Can't you even interpret a simple graph? Did you not notice that since the ACA has come into effect the percentage of the part time workforce has declined?

Besides, it is beyond idiotic to claim that a workforce which has 19% of its workers as part time to be a 'part time workforce'. Especially in light of the fact that it has been typically at or above 17% over the past 15 years.
