I think it is definitely time that the US pull its troops out of Showtime immediately.

That's a great line!

I have to give Homeland credit for still making me sit up in my chair several times this season and say, "Whoa."

I'd also like to nominate Quinn for Badass of the Year. He makes Jack Bauer look like a hesitant amateur. He's quite the entertaining character. He adds an edgy element that makes the show worthwhile watching.
