don't know if this has been posted on the thread already, but there seems to be positive reaction to korea floating their currency. naz futures trading +1100 basis. imho, korea will find more troubles down the road (floating the currency is a difficult therapy!), but naz will have forgotten all about korea by then. i think the asia crisis was "produced" by domestic sentiment, and not the other way around -- that is, it is negative sentiment in the u.s. bubbling to the surface that made the asia crisis such a big deal, instead of another ho-hum story on the 4th page of the wsj. bwdik?

Paulo,

The question is, who is following whom...

This isn't the first time this discussion has occurred on this thread so I won't belabor it.

As for me, the BAXJs look cool...

BTW, NAZ is in no man's land... which to me means it can go either way. (But Bill, didn't you say the big sell-off will come after Christmas? Yes, and it still can...)
