My post says...... I need the financials to be a better judge of "MY" investment in this company. I am not looking for everyone to jump in. We all have different needs. I want the financials----- You want marketing strategies. Boogieman

In case you are still wondering, I am looking for the number of shares outstanding, and how many share the company has held back for acquisitions, its directors and other purposes. Without revenue, it is possible that they will have to attract CEO's director's etc with stock incentives. See the 100,000 share traded on Monday. Whose block was that. I have a hunch, but cannot pursue it without a 144 filing. As you can see, there is more than financials when it comes to filing. Respectfully, DGMAC
