This is a response by MESA1 on SH NOV 26/97. I hope he doesn't mind but take it from me he's a man with credibility. This may help explain. Keep in mind following this post Marshall confirmed MO's shares. SO back to you with misleading the lurkers. yaba daba do!!! mikey I can tell you MO has over 1 million options. I can also tell you he is a US citizen and had a filing to do last summer which was reported as an insider sale in Canada. It was in fact not a sale. Also, there is often a reason, for tax purposes usually, why you may want to trigger a sale. I can tell you his sale, if actually a sale in the market, may be the result of what I heard lawyers told all KRY officers and directors ... if you need any cash it must be done now, or you will be required to wait till the next events are all completed! The guy's been working like a trojan for over 4 years cleaning up KRY and bringing in the people and the play. He deserves to pull out some cash under the circumstances - jeez, how muck $$$ does a guy need ... 1 million+ options!
