Gerald; What a useless patent. The aperture exposed to allow the wind to do it's thing will cause nore drag than you can counter vail with the wind generator. To show this better, imagine a huge windmill on the roof, hunungous drag and they are only 10-15% efficient. A hopeless idea. You wonder at the mind set of these people, perpetual motion machines. It reads like a sucker list. Regenerative braking isknown art, and why use a flywheel for that? as you can already charge the battery/or stop by using the battery as a brake. Bill
