The Isles have been honoring their legends this year, Billy Smith was honored 3 weeks ago, Dennis Potvin 2 weeks ago, Bobby Nystrom (last week) and Mike Bossy (or Clark Gilles) this week. Bryan Trottier will be honored at some point this season. I'm the only one in my section who was old enough to remember these greats when they won their first cup in 1980 (I was 27). They get their night, but you never see their families. Most of the crowd ends up chanting "USA, USA". I just wonder if they realize (or even care) that they were all natural born Canadian citizens.

Mike Bossy and Billy Smith BTW are chain smokers. They use to smoke in between periods of games.
