I've seen enough to try and get some shares at the IPO price this AM but it is too late as you can only reduce as of today... IF low rates are really with us for a long time, then this could easily blow into a bubble with more and more money chasing lower and lower credit worthy loans. They could make a bundle and just make sure to have a stop loss after you double or triple in the event there is another recession.... unless convinced they have passed all the risk to lenders and loan originators.
