Not sure how you're going to get your oil from CA to NY. What oil? Screw them. They can use their battery putt-putt cars and geothermal heat and solar A/C and alternative energy with their alternative lifestyles. Let's keep that filthy smelly polluting oil on our side as a favor to keep them quarantined.
