E.,

Can you comment on the Royal Oak mine at Kemmess. They are touting a cost of under $80/oz. for gold. This is after taking out the revenues from copper. The grades are 0.22% cu and 0.018oz./ton au. They plan to run at 50,000 tons/day. What kind of gold recovery can they expect, and is it a problem to extract gold in such small quantities from what basically appears to be a copper operation?

Sincerely,

Al Cern
