Gerald; In theory it will not work. If you summ all the inputs and outputs of his air powered charger you can show that the charge comes at a cost in drag. The energy cost of drag is more than the energy earned by the turbine. He had some dummy concept that this free widn would be an energy source. Good design will eliminate the wind and any attempt to get more wind costs more in drag than it gets in energy. Think about a wind generator on the front of a car powering a fan at the back, perpetual motion?. Side winds can be used with a generator to intercept them but the wind of passage cannot be used this way. Sail boats use wind to operate but that is an external wind. When they are becalmed they are stuck. Once your battery car ran out of charge it would be stuck, and it would run out of charge as it would use more to move then it gt from the wind.
