The CIA has not engaged or commissioned what is known as "classic" torture: That would be the rack, drills, mutilation etc., at least according to the official record. If it is found that any of them did or that they commissioned such things via contractors they should be prosecuted according to American Law. The only question that apparently is still not resolved is whether or not the methods they used fit the definition of torture.

Lotsa stories of rapes, and mutilations came out of Viet Nam.....even more stories of killing prisoners going back through all wars...
