Yes, I did and I was talking about a society. How do you figure that honesty, respect for others life and property, faithfulness to spouses and families, and renouncing envy and covetousness aren't vital for a society to be healthy and prosperous? Even for an individual, following those values will lead to more prosperity than spurning them will. The more you spurn those values, the more misery you will bring on yourself. Are the rules God has laid down for us to follow good for us or not?
