I am not a tax expert. I would advise you to take note of
what I say and compare it to expert responses. I think that
you have no wash sales at all. The opening trade which
yielded 10K is the key because of the timing of the gain
(opening yearly position) and its size(outweighs P&L on
other trades). If you hold on to your current position for the
rest of the year(and assuming you have no other trades),
you will have a net short term capital gain of 2K.
