Agreed.... although when any ship begins to shrink, there can be fights over lifeboats and I wouldn't expect any creditor nation of help us into the lifeboats....

There is little doubt exits are being evaluated and even utilized as we speak. In any case, even if there are no exits and everyone goes down together FUTURE lenders will clearly dry up, and i rates soar.

compared to oil and credit (which is crashing), stocks sell off is a minor blip. In the old days oil and credit would have triggered 800+ Dow points down today.
