Going through my 1996 notes, I find 3 separate investments by Ren Cap in 7-yr. cv pfd that bears 9% coupon. Some of this was converted in Summer, 1997, reducing TPRO debt from $7.57 mil to $4.81 mil. Of the $4.8 mil., $2.01 is for the remaining cv pfd held by Ren Cap, with repayment commencing March 1, 1999. Another $2.15 mil. of debt is scheduled to mature prior to June 30, 1998. I have a FED FILING dated 4/15/96 that says RENN (the closed end fund traded on NASDAQ) owns 1.67 million COMMON shares. If RENN owns common separate from the pfd, then that would not be in TPRO's SEC filings, and could also add to overhang.
