Thats all there is... the peoples water.

All of the water belongs to those that use it... did the gov contractors use robots to build the dams ? Did the gov create the water ? Poor decisions by idiot gov employees does not justify the current situation.

When you were doing your patriotic duty did you check with those that built the facility you worked in prior to providing care ? Doubt it.
