The framers explicitly said God was the source of equality and universal rights among men. You're just hand-waving without providing any rational or philosophical justification for your assertions. Maybe you should start your own Country.

Naturalism, as a philosophy, cannot produce moral obligations. Men everywhere act with an innate sense of right and wrong because they are created in the image of God, but simply being a moral creature does not explain moral obligations.

"The general problem is the well-known naturalistic fallacy. No amount of facts about what is going on in nature imply anything about what ought, or ought not, to be going on. Now a naturalist might embrace nihilism or some very strong version of moral anti-realism, but then they can no longer (without equivocation) claim to justify human rights claims since they do not believe human rights exist."
