TO ALL:

I am following this thread since last summer. First off all many thanks to everybody spending time&effort on participating actively and making this thread a very valuable one.

I am long ASND shares at $47. I subsequently rode this baby down to where we are now. In the meantime i also bought LEAPS at a strike price of $40 and $30. Both when they have been out of the money, which means i paid a pretty low premium for them.

My question now is, what is going to happen to my options if ASND gets taken over. Will they benefit in the same way as the share price increase or even better or worse.

Second, does anybody know out of experience if it is more profitable ,after the share price was running up to certain profitable levels, to sell the options or to exercise them.

Many thanks in advance,

Chris
