Just for fun - can you review why you think ZONA is worth 50x ttm sales? What is the total market for their product? When do you anticipate they will make a profit on operations? Also, is Asensio's claim about the active ingredient in their product being a widely available generic correct? Lay out the case for being long- seems to me the answers to those questions are crucial.

No short bashing or strident calls for Bill or Barb's head (they are good- short or long). Just fill us in on the substantive reasons.

>>>He makes bone-headed mistakes that even his friend, Barbara, has to correct.<<<

Well, I made the exact same mistake when shown the document the first time. It was only in the interest of honesty that I pointed out the result of the investigation into it that was done on the SOLV(Q) thread. Perhaps if I thought the lawsuit important to my analysis of ZONA then I would reconsider. Since I haven't shorted the company I obviously don't follow him in lockstep.

Anaxie was hung up on the cash in the bank, now that I've seen how the company administers that cash, it's not so much of a problem.

You could try to fill in my knowledge gaps on ZONA, if you were so inclined. Why is a development stage company that may or may not get final clearance to market their drug worth this high of a market cap? LIPO longs were similarly infatuated with that company. Have you checked a LIPO quote lately?

bruce.. unlimited risk can be offset.. if the company has options..
it also can be offset by the use of tight stop losses.
or a position can be built gradually.. remember fundamentals are extremely important..
why is zona's p/e great than coke's.. why is it better than oxhps for that matter.
while momentum and high short interest can propel a stock into the stratosphere.. it doesn't mean one has a sound long term investment..
the products that zona may have or will have means relatively little if they don't have the cash flow to produce and market it..
whether or not that is a scam.. who knows.. also look at vvus prices last year..
short interest kept the door open a long time for foolhardy longs to come in and sell at even or even winning positions..
my email is always open and i welcome intellectual conversation.. i also recommend the purchase of "the art of short selling" by kathyrn f staley..
it is a great easy to read book.. because truthfully.. i am not that smart..
