The average person on minimum wage doesn't have to wait. We offer food stamps, housing vouchers, and Medicaid to those who need it.

Apparently not, cuz nobody but you is suggesting that. However, we just raised it a buck here, and we will again in a year, which sounds an awful lot like my proposal, but of limited duration. We're working on that right now...
