For the sake of this thread I will accept your explanation...

However not being a generator or engine designer etc.
it is a grey area for me...

I have spent about 1/2 hour now reading the full patent and it does mention using heating elements in the ducts to expand the air as well as duct configurations to create vortexes and something called the
bernoulli effect (whatever that is)
and gearing ratios between flywheel and generator and storage batteries...

I do find it interesting...
