In the last 20 years, plenty of drought thru that period yes ? , and you've got ballot measures to point to while the LA river runs full for a few days. The solar panels and wind farms are sure pretty to look at. I drove out to Palm Desert last week and those big blade dinosaurs were all sitting idle... although they do put on quite a light show at night with all those blinking red lights. Im sure another bond measure will make the next ballot to put Santa heads on all of them.
