Vic: You misunderstood my post. I'm not saying your guy knew there would be these developments. But the deveopments did occur and (perhaps) were responsible for moving the price. I'd say that was just a lucky concidence for your TA genius. I mean, what if THQ had been acquired today at 30 bucks a share by ERTS? We would all laugh (you included) and say his was the best TA guess of the century! To test this guy out on THQ price moves, we need a number of his predictions during time periods for which nothing new on the fundamental front is occurring. That's my point. Wade
