In other words, if there is "delaying" by Texaco's legal beagles, when can RNTK pull the plug on the exclusive part of that agreement and go out and seek other suitors. (Seems to me I recall discussion from management that there had been at least one other potential licensee which RNTK had had to put on hold due to the pending Texaco deal?????) JSb.
