Peer review means "reviewed by like-minded individuals who believe the end justifies the means." It is okay to lie in a "study" as long as the lie is in support of the intended result. (See: Global Warming).

After being criticized for including those reporting $1,000 in medical bills as "medical bankruptcies" in the 2001 study, they "fixed" that criticism by upping it to $5,000. Absurd, to any person who knows how bankruptcy works. Just absurd.

So, I don't care what your views are, unless you can make the case for including such individuals in the study on such an arbitrary and misleading basis, you are FOS as she is.
