Carly Fiorina would be a fantastic choice for that seat.
She doesn't stand a snowball's chance in blazes. Her record at HP will be continually brought up, and she will be branded a job-killing right-wing extremist.

My money is on Señor Villaraigosa, i.e. the Hispanic Obama. Can't beat that million dollar smile and the hearts and minds of millions of Latino voters. Empty suit? Psssh, we've had one in the White House for six years now, going on eight.
