When foreign regulatory bodies charge banks with manipulation, the conspiracy theory
is hardly a theory. It's done through gofo in the gold market,
and through forward rate swaps in currency markets, which is why gofo
is important. It's the tail that wags the dog. Sure, it sounds unbelievable that
0.1 rate differential can cause $100 move in price, but it just did 2 weeks ago, up,
and after early December, down.

Once a single element is taken from the bottom of the inverted pyramid it
collapses. The reason US can blow bubbles is because it can print
reserve currency. Take away that privilege, and the bubble collapses.

Is this a fact or a conspiracy theory?
If this is not a conspiracy theory, will this regulatory change lead to a strong
rally in precious metals come January?

"Increased scrutiny of financial markets, especially gold and silver, was heightened during 2014 as claims of market manipulation and lawsuits continued to resurface. Research in both gold and silver fixes released earlier in the year highlighted anomalies of price suppression during the fixing process."

Here are Comex changes:

Note that no such changes were implemented in April 2013 when gold crashed.
Gold crashing is ok, of course, rising gold is the problem.
