Wanted to thank you as I did not know you could add family members to a Prime acct until you wrote about it this morning. I just got through adding my kids to my acct. It's up to them now to respond. Also..............about two weeks ago I ordered two different kinds of sewing machine needles, but when the order came it contained two packages of the same kind of needles. It has been bothering me, and I need to get to a project that requires the more heavy duty needles finished (the ones that did not come), so I just got through with a chat at AZ. They not only ordered the right needles for me with one day delivery no charge, but they also told me to keep the other package of needles. I am really impressed with their service, and told them so in the chat. It's been all Amazon, all day for me today. GG
