And there it is. But AG members seem to think that RM's sudden appearance is purely coincidental. Either they are really this naïve or they have lost any sense of reality. His appearance is certainly not to help battered shareholders. They still believe that EE will hold until a fair deal is offered and I agree in principal. The problem with this is that fairness will only be based on his own need with no regards to how it will effect small investors.

Looks like RM makes some sound counter claims to you consolidation theory. Sounds pretty legit to me,never bought your view of things but that's just the way I look at it.

Procedure for a Tyoical Pump & Dump.

You see write ups, analyst attention, advertisement Banner somewhere S/H is the usual, perhaps an elaborate news release or a media event with the CEO , Volume bump & price rally,
Every body gets exited and scoops up shares. Then comes the PP announcement.
Once closed --- Silence---. and price begins to sag again as the reminder of the shares used to pump it are dispersed.
