And we added $11 trillion in debt and created the greatest wealth divide between the 1% and 99% in the history of this country. Welcome to the consequences of Keynesianism and liberal socialism. It didn't have to be this way. The 1% caused the financial crisis and 2nd Great Depression and they didn't suffer one bit because of it. The 99% felt all the pain of the downturn and continue to do so. But you are right, for us 1%ers it has been and continues to be the best of times. Your philosophy is to let the 99% flip your burgers with the part time shitty jobs you deign to bestow on them, while you get your 10% raises and your stock portfolio grows gangbusters. Viva le Keynesianism and le Socialism. Fraternite, Liberte, Egalite. Or as they say in Cuba, "Socialism or Die; we are all equal in our poverty".
