I counted my orders and made 63 in the last six months. I've had two of those orders go wrong, and have had to call AZ to straighten things out. It looks like I'm going to have to call them again as I received an email this morning telling me to send back my sewing machine needles. I was told I could just keep the package that was sent by mistake, and I don't have a problem sending them back now that they've been replaced (I think?), but they asked me to send both packages back, and I want to keep one of them.

They're only human, and I expect mistakes will happen.

RE Prime: I don't watch many movies nor do I order many books for my kindle........at least not yet.............but we're hoping to get a streaming device soon, so I can foresee an uptick in our movie watching via AZ. I haven't decided how much I'm willing to pay them for the privilege of receiving free shipping and movie watching?
