Unfortunately that is complete bullshit. I have never received any compensation to post pro or con about any stock ever. Bullshit companies like nnvc make themselves easy to spot. A big red flag is a decade of lies and failure to perform in any way.

The real elephant in the room -- what does NNVC have to hide that its associates feel it necessary to engage in blatant securities violations even at the temporary damage to its own stock price?

I don't know the answer -- unlike the author of the knowingly false rumor, I don't make up stuff. That's against the law.

Are these tactics really supposed to encourage new investors to get a piece of NNVC? Will it work? Will it give current holders faith and confidence in NNVC? Is this normally the best path to helping a company? I can't even imagine what anybody would be thinking as an NNVC long to actually disseminate illegal knowingly false rumors of fraud about their own stock holdings. Masochism, maybe?

March 2009--NanoViricides, Inc. Signs Agreement with a Major Pharma

"It is the understanding of the Parties that, should the testing results be favorable, they will enter into good faith negotiations for a potential long-term, exclusive, worldwide licensing agreement for the development and commercialization of the drug."
businesswire.com

That was in 2009, and NNVC hasn't said a peep IN SEC FILINGS about it since. No wonder no other major pharma will touch this POS. I guess the testing results weren't too "favourable" eh?

November 2013 --"All of the major pharmas have approached me, but they said we're not going to come back until you do Phase 2a trials"

I don't permit slanted off the cuff opinion for whatever person or reason.

If you want that go elsewhere. There is an NNVC board set up just for that.

You won't find it here.

We (me) here do not provide a willing audience for such BS.

Edit:
I asked mattstat by PM for an URL supporting his position - all I got was silence. I just assume he is a no account basher. He got a fair hearing since he joined here. I saw no change in his attitude.
