Not at all. This question seems to get asked every Q. Don't forget at publically traded co's execs get paid a significant part of their compensation in stock, presumeably to incent their performance, and hence the peroformance of the company and the stock.

Every year, execs sell a chunk of stock in order to pay the bills. It happened last year, the year before that, the year before that, etc. It will happend next year, as well.

Anthony ... this sort of selling is not new ....

maybe they owe some serious coin to IRS for all the money they make.
I don't think anyone is abandonning ship at PSFT.
