That's not true.

First of all, waterboarding as carried out by CIA was specifically, by definition, NOT torture. Had it been torture, we would need an explanation as to why the people involved weren't indicted by Obama's DOJ.

And what you're calling "waterboarded 86 times" is just counterfactual. There were a total of 86 "pours" lasting on average 10 seconds over an extended period of time.

And context is everything, and context was specifically omitted from the Feinstein propaganda.

The so-called 80 million dollar contract included far more than just designing the program, for example, personnel costs. Again, if you cared about the truth you would know this.
