Joey....may come as a shock to a goober like you....but in NH, there are blacks, Hispanics, Asians, etc....mainly in the larger cities like Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth and Concord.

But, in any event, I have not ever used a valet in NH....there's not much need here for valets......my experiences with valets are in Boston, NYC, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Phoenix, Chicago, LA and SF.
