Exactly. The company won't give any notice- it will just happen. The risk is not dilution- any rational person realizes that is coming and the source is almost irrelevant. The risk is that at 400M+ shares, the company is not credible to raise money on the market and will need to consolidate. The market will take it down on that news, especially given the weak position they are in with their deal with Teck and the adventures in AZ and with CXM.

The cost to consolidate is minimal. BTW, I'm not a lawyer, but they add value to those transactions. It is the parasitic brokers and MM that deserve the "lawyer" derision IMO.

They would never mentione it. if consolidation happens it will come swiftly and without a warning. like a tsunami.

The stock I got burned on started taking about it about a month before it happened.

If this would come quickly - would it not be much more important to try and get it on record that they will not do this?
