That pennant formation on the Nikkei was just another flag waving in our face and Arch Crawford and so many bears have gone long at the top, this is going to be just like Eddie Murphy and Dan Akroyd all over again.

Yes, that b/b chart did break down, but you better read it correctly. The chart shows the most bearish sentiment for the year. That occurs at bottoms, not tops. Take a closer look. The b/b breakdown you point out is a very bullish signal.
